摘    要:研究大肠腺癌中抑癌基因p16的表达情况。方法:用免疫组化LSAB法检测71例结肠癌和直肠癌存档标本中p16蛋白的表达。结果:36例(50.70%)标本呈p16阳性,阳性细胞往往比阴性细胞有更明显的异型性,p16阳性与临床病理分级有关。结论大肠癌的p16基因改变表现出异质性,即一部分肿瘤细胞为p16失活或表达不增高,另一部分则为p16过度表达。p16阳性肿瘤细胞在形态上的异型性特征以及p16阳性标本

Abstract:Background/Aims: To study the alteration of p16 gene in colorectal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry with LSAB method was used in 71 archived colon and rectum cancer specimens.Results: 36 cases (50.70%) of specimens were positive for p16. The p16-positive adenocarcinoma cells displayed more heteromorphosis than those negative ones, a relationship between p16 positivity and the tumor grading was found. Conclusions: Alteration of p16 gene in the colorectal carcinoma is heterogenous, in which p16 may be inactivated or not overexpressed in some tumor cells while overexpressed in others. The morphological characteristic of p16-positive cells and higher frequency of p16positivity in the specimens with low degree differentiation indicate an association of p16 overexpression with abnormal proliferation and differentiation of colorectal cancer.
