青少年癫痫患者自尊与生存质量的相关性

目的探讨青少年癫痫患者自尊水平与生存质量状况的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、癫痫患者生存质量评定量表（QOLIE-31）与自尊量表（SES）对100例青少年癫痫患者进行调查。结果100例青少年癫痫患者生存质量各分项评分由高到低分别为精力（65．43±18．25）分，情绪（65．08±16．50）分，认知功能（63．98±19．11）分，生活满意度（63．75±12．25）分，社会功能（59．37±16．85）分，担心发作（58．20±15．52）分，担心用药（51．25±20．59）分；自尊量表总分均分为（19．35±3．83）分；生存质量总均分、精力、情绪、生活满意度、社会功能各分项与自尊水平均呈正相关（r分别为0．296，0．302，0．372，0．385，0．345；P〈0．05），担心发作分项与自尊水平呈负相关（r=-0．212，P〈0．05）。结论担心用药是青少年癫痫患者面对的突出问题，自尊水平可影响青少年癫痫患者生存质量。

Correlation between self esteem and quality of life among epilepsy teenagers

Objective To explore the correlation between self esteem and quality of life among epilepsy teenagers. Methods Totals of 100 teenagers with epilepsy were investigated with the epilepsy quality of life rating scale （QOLIE-31） and the self-esteem scale （SES）. Results The dimensions score of QOLIE-31 from high to low were energy （ 65.43 ± 18.25 ） , emotion （ 65.08 ± 16.50 ） , cognitive function （ 63.98 ± 19.11 ） , life satisfaction（63.75 ± 12.25）, social function（59.37 ±16.85）, worrying about seizures（58.20± 15.52） and worrying about drug use（ 51.25± 20.59）. The self-esteem level was positively correlated with the total score of life quality, energy, emotion,life satisfaction, and social function （ r = 0. 296,0. 302,0. 372,0. 385,0. 345 ; P 〈 0.05）, while it negatively correlated with the worrying about seizures（ r = -0. 212, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The outstanding problem of teenagers with epilepsy is worrying about drag use, and the self esteem level can influence their aualitv of life.
