血浆D-二聚体浓度与冠脉病变程度的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血中D-二聚体浓度(D-dimer,D-D)与冠脉血管病变的相关性。方法:共收集ACS患者83例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)41例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)42例]]和对照组60例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组D-D浓度,对ACS组患者行冠脉造影检查,根据造影结果,ACS患者被分为:单支病变组28例,双支病变组25例,三支病变组30例,分别检测各组D-D浓度。结果:血浆D-D浓度在ACS组明显高于正常对照组(0.751±0.202)mg/L:(0.320±0.170)mg/L,P0.01],且AMI组的明显高于UAP组的(0.976±0.405)mg/L:(0.684±0.106)mg/L,P0.01];多支病变组的D-D浓度明显高于单支病变组的(0.832±0.225)mg/L:(0.488±0.162)mg/L,P0.01]。结论:血浆中D-D浓度与冠状动脉病变程度及斑块稳定性有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between concentration of plasma D dimmer (D-D) and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: A total of 83 ACS cases acute mountain sickness (AMI) 41 cases, unstable angina pectoris (UAP) 42 eases] and 60 health cases regarded as normal control group were enrolled. According to imaging results of coronary angiography, 83 ACS patients were divided into three groups (single vessel coronary disease group, 28 cases; double vessel coronary disease group, 25 cases; three vessel coronary disease group, 30 cases). The D- D concentration was detected for each group using EL1SA. Results: The plasma D D levels in ACS group were significantly higher than that of normal control group (0. 751±0. 202) mg/L vs. (0. 320±0. 170) mg/L. P〈0.01]. Which was much higher in AMI group than that of UAP group (0. 976±0. 405) mg/L vs. (0. 684±0. 106) mg/L, P〈0. 01], and the D-D levels of multi--vessel coronary disease group was higher than that of single-vessel coronary disease group (0. 832±0. 225) mg/L vs. (0. 488±0. 152) mg/L, P〈0.01]. Conclusion: The plasma D--D concentrations are correlate with severity of coronary artery disease and plaque stability.
