2006～2008年我院中药注射剂使用情况分析

目的：分析我院2006～2008年中药注射剂使用情况。方法：以我院“军卫二号”计算机管理网络系统记录的2006～2008年中药注射剂相关数据为依据，统计分析中药注射剂年用药金额和DDDs，并进行排序。结果：2006～2008年用药金额逐年增加，年增长率分别为56．49％，25．47％；心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额和DDDs在各年度排序皆居首位；舒血宁和灯盏花素后2年DDDs排序居前2名。结论：我院中药注射剂品种多，应用量增长迅速，应用范围广；部分中药注射剂存在过度使用现象，应关注中药注射剂的安全性和临床合理使用。

Analysis the Use of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in the Hospital

Objective： To analysis the unilization trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections（CMI） in our hospital. Method： The consumption sum and DDDs of CMI in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were comprehensive analyzed. Result： The consumption sum of CMI was increased year by year from 2006 to 2008, with annual incremental rates was 56.49% and 25.47% respectively. The cardi - cerebral vascular CMI dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years. The Shuxuening injection and Dengzhanhuasu injection took the lead in DDDs of single variety in 2007 and 2008. Conclusion： The kind of CMI in our hospital were variety and used extensively. It witnessed a rapid increase. It should be strengthened the medication safe and rational use of TMI.
