| 摘 要： | 目的：制备阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）牛心磷脂脂质体，评价其急性毒性和抑瘤作用。方法：采用单剂量和多剂量两重给药方式评价牛心磷脂脂质体对ＡＤＭ的急性毒性的影响；采用不同给药方案评价牛心磷脂脂质体对ＡＤＭ抑制动物皮下移植性实体型肿瘤抑制作用的影响。结果：脂质体降低阿霉素急性毒性的作用是有条件的，采用单剂量给药方式，脂质体能降低阿霉素的急性毒性；采用多剂量给药方式，如间隔２４ｈ按２．３２ｍｇ／ｋｇ动物尾静脉给药１０次，脂质体反而能提高ＡＤＭ的急性毒性。结论：脂质体提高ＡＤＭ治疗动物皮下移植性实体型肿瘤的疗效是有条件的。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To make liposomal adriamycin with bovine heart phosphalipid and evaluate its acute toxicity and antitumor effects.METHODS:The acute toxicity was evaluated with single dose administration and multiple doses administration,the subcutaneously trasplanted tumor model was selected to evaluate the antitumor effects with different administrations.RESULTS:It showed that the acute toxicity of adriamycin was reduced by the single dose liposomal drug delivery system(DDS).CONCLUSION:it was found that the antitumor effects of adriamycin was increased by the liposomal DDS under certain condition. |
