中文版库欣综合征患者生活质量问卷的信效度研究

目的评价中文版库欣综合征患者生活质量问卷(Cushing-Qol)的信度和效度。方法采用中文版库欣综合征患者生活质量问卷(Cushing-Qol)和简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)对79名库欣综合征患者进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 19.0软件对问卷的调查结果统计分析,检验问卷的内部一致性和重测信度以及内容效度、结构效度、效标关联效度。结果中文版Cushing-Qol问卷的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数值为0.890,重测信度(2周后)为0.881,各条目的重测信度均大于0.7,折半信度为0.866;该问卷的内容效度指数CVI为0.95,探索性因子分析结果显示问卷为单维度,中文版Cushing-Qol问卷与SF-36量表的相关系数为0.732,表明两者呈强相关。结论中文版Cushing-Qol问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可作为库欣综合征患者生活质量评估的可靠工具应用于临床实践和相关研究中。

Validity of the Chinese Version of Cushing-Qol Questionnaire

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Cushing-Qol questionnaire. Methods A total of 79 patients with Cushing syndrome completed the Chinese version of the Cushing-Qol question-naire and the SF-36 scale,SPSS 19.0 software was used to test the internal consistency,test-retest reliability and content validity,construct validity,criterion-related validity.Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the Chinese ver-sion of Cushing-Qol was 0.890,Two-week test-retest reliability was 0.881,and the test-retest reliability of each item were all above 0.7;the content validity index was 0.95,the result of the exploratory factor analysis shows that the questionnaire was unidimensional.The criterion-related validity was 0.732 measured by comparing with the SF-36 Scale.Conclusion The chinese version of Cushing-Qol has a good reliability and validity.It can be used as a clinical and research instrument for measuring health-related quality of life in patients with Cushing syndrome.
