ICU内高钠血症患者采用连续血液净化治疗疗效观察

目的：观察使用连续血液净化治疗ICU内高钠血症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月-2015年10月ICU收治的高钠血症患者28例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规保守治疗，观察组采用连续血液净化治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组高钠血症症状消失时间、ICU治疗时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组，治疗后两组血钠水平与APACHEⅡ评分均明显降低，且观察组降低程度更为显著，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论对ICU内高钠血症患者使用连续血液净化治疗，对降低血钠水平有明显的促进作用，能够有效缩短治疗时间，进一步改善患者临床症状，具有理想的临床效果与推广价值。

Continuous Blood Puriifcation Treatment Efifcacy of Hypernatremia in ICU

Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy of continuous blood puriifcation in the ICU high sodium hyperlipidemia patients.Methods 28 patients in ICU from March 2010 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group of continuous blood puriifcation treatment and the control group of routine conservative treatment, and clinical results of two groups were compared.Results The observation group symptoms of hypernatremia time, ICU treatment time and hospital stay were signiifcantly less than those of control group, two groups after treatment with sodium levels APACHEⅡ scores were signiifcantly reduced, while the observation group reducing was much more signiifcant, P < 0.05, differences were statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The patients with hypernatronemia in ICU treated with continuous blood puriifcation can signiifcantly facilitate the reduction of serum sodium level and effectively shorten the treatment time, further improve the clinical sympotoms of patients, having an ideal clinical effect and promotional value.
