摘    要:目的探讨运用健康信念模式对慢性乙肝患者实施团体效能辅导的效果。方法选择2013年7-12月我院确诊为慢性乙肝的60例患者为对照组,采取常规健康教育模式;选择2014年1-6月确诊为慢性乙肝的60例患者为观察组,运用健康信念模式实施团体效能辅导。比较两组患者出院时及出院6个月后治疗依从性、自我效能以及社会支持度的差异。结果两组患者出院时治疗依从性、自我效能和社会支持较入院均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者在出院6个月后治疗依从性、自我效能和社会支持仍保持较高水平,三项得分别为(35.58±3.76)、(76.10±4.49)和(44.47±3.91)分,而对照组患者治疗依从性、自我效能和社会支持下降明显,三项得分仅为(32.00±3.35)、(64.51±2.31)和(41.31±2.56)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论运用健康信念模式对慢性乙肝患者实施团体效能辅导,能够强化患者自我信念,提高治疗依从性,巩固治疗效果。

Study for the effect of team-efficiency education with health belief model on patients with chronic hepatitis B
Abstract:Abstract Objective To study the effect of team-efficiency education with health belief model for patients with Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB).Method Sixty patients diagnosed as CHB in the medical clinic during the period of July to December 2013 were chosen as the control group,who was educated with the routine health education model.The experimental group was composed of the other CHB patients during the period of January to June 2014,who was ed-ucated with health belief model to complete the team-efficiency education.The differences in treatment compliance, self-efficacy and social support were compared at the times of discharge and six months later.Result There was im-provement in treatment compliance,self-efficacy and social support for both the two groups of patients at the time of discharge,There was significantly difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).At the time of six months later, The relatively high level in treatment compliance,self-efficacy and social support for the experimental group,with the scores being(35.58±3.76),(76.10±4.49)and(44.47±3.91)respectively.By contrast,there appeared an obvi-ous decrease for the control group,with the scores being(32.00±3.35),(64.51±2.31)and(41.31±2.56)respec-tively,There was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Educated with the health belief model to complete the team-efficiency education,CHB patients can gain increased in self-belief and treatment compliance, thus to consolidate the therapeutic effect.
