MRI在直结肠子宫内膜异位症诊断中的价值分析

目的：研究MRI对直结肠子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值，为临床诊断提供参考。方法回顾分析2011年2月-2016年2月经病理证实的66例直结肠子宫内膜异位症患者临床资料，判断MRI对此进行诊断的临床价值和意义。结果 MRI诊断结果为直结肠子宫内膜异位症的65例中有3例为假阳性，而MRI诊断结果为无直肠累及的13例中有4例为假阴性。此结果表明MRI对直结肠子宫内膜异位症的诊断敏感性为93.94%，特异度为75%，准确度为91.03%。结论 MRI对直结肠子宫内膜异位症的具有良好诊断价值。

Analyze the Value of MRI in Diagnosis of Endometriosis in Straight Colon

Objective To study MRI diagnosis value of endometriosis in straight colon, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods From February 2011 to February 2016, the Clinical data including MRI of 66 cases pathological confirmed as endometriosis in straight colon were analyzed retrospectively.Results MRI diagnosis of 65 cases of straight colon endometriosis in 3 cases were false positive, and MRI diagnosis of 13 cases of non-rectal involvement in 4 cases of false negative. The results showed that the sensitivity of MRI to the diagnosis of endometriosis was 93.94%, the speciifcity was 75%, and the accuracy was 91.03%.Conclusion MRI has good diagnostic value in the diagnosis of endometriosis in the straight colon.
