心理、生理以及社会支持等因素对自然分娩产程的影响研究

目的：探讨心理、生理以及社会支持等因素对自然分娩产程的影响。方法选取2015年1月到2016年1月间，在我院选择进行自然分娩的600名准备自然分娩的产妇作为研究对象，将所有产妇随机分为干预组(n=300)和常规组（n=300），给予干预组产妇进行心理、生理以及社会支持等多因素干预，给予常规组患者进行常规护理，对比两组产妇的自然分娩产程状况。结果干预组产妇Ⅰ级疼痛发生率与常规组相比明显较高，P＜0.05。干预组产妇Ⅱ级疼痛、Ⅲ级疼痛发生率与常规组相比明显较低，P＜0.05。干预组产妇产后出血量与常规组相比明显较少，P＜0.05。结论心理、生理以及社会支持等因素干预能改善产妇产程状况，减少产妇疼痛、产后出血量及剖宫产率，可在自然分娩中推广运用。

Effects of Psychological,Physical and Social Support and Other Factors on the Production Process of Natural Childbirth

Objective To explore the psychological, physiological and social support and other factors on the production of natural childbirth process.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 600 for natural childbirth maternal natural childbirth in our hospital were selected as the research object, all women were randomly divided into intervention group (n=300) and control group (n=300), the intervention group was given psychological, physiological and social support and other factors were given routine nursing intervention, patients in the conventional group, the natural childbirth labor situation were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group mothers levelⅠ incidence of pain was signiifcantly higher compared with the conventional, P <0.05. Maternal pain intervention group gradeⅡ, gradeⅢ pain incidence was signiifcantly lower compared with the conventional group, P<0.05. Postpartum hemorrhage intervention group was significantly less compared to the conventional, P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological, physiological and social support intervention factors improve the maternal labor status, reduce maternal pain, postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate, and can be used in natural childbirth.
