糖尿病前期自我管理量表的编制与信效度检验

目的编制适用于糖尿病前期人群的自我管理测评量表,并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献回顾和小组讨论构建包含53个条目的量表条目池,经两轮Delphi专家咨询后保留32个条目,形成了糖尿病前期自我管理初始量表;应用方便抽样法选取216例糖尿病前期患者进行现场调查,对量表进行项目分析和信效度检验。结果最终形成包含9个维度、29个条目的糖尿病前期自我管理量表,量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.892,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数均0.70,重测信度为0.916,内容效度为0.937,因子分析提取了9个公因子,累计方差贡献率达72.416%。结论糖尿病前期自我管理量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为相关研究提供科学可靠的测评工具。

Preparation and testing of reliability and validity of self-management scale for pre-diabetes

Objective To develop and evaluate the validity and reliability of self-management scale for pre-diabe-tes.Method The item pool of 53 items was formulated through literature review and panel discussion.An initial scale was constructed after two rounds of Delphi expert consulting by using convenient sampling.216 patients were inves-tigated to test the item analysis,validity and reliability of the scale.Results The scale of 9 dimensions and 29 items was finally developed.The Cronbach'sαof total scale was 0.892,The Cronbach'sαof each sub-scale was above 0. 7,the Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.916,the test-retest coefficient was 0.937,factor analysis revealed 9 fac-tors,accounting for 72.416% of the total variance.Conclusion The self-management scale for pre-diabetes is reliable and valid.It can be used as the evaluation tool for correlation research.
