红外线对CAG大鼠治疗作用的病理学研究

摘    要:目的:观察红外线对实验性大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用.方法:采用水杨酸钠、酒精灌胃,刺激大鼠胃粘膜,并结合劳累、饥饱失常等多因素方法连续造模8周,建立慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠模型..红外线治疗采用220V,200W的红外线灯,垂直照射大鼠胃部投影区,1次/日,10min/次,连续照射20天.光镜下观察胃粘膜的炎症程度及壁细胞的形态、结构等,用测微器测量胃粘膜厚度.结果:模型组大鼠体质量明显减轻(P<0.01),胃粘膜变薄(P<0.01).光镜下可见胃粘膜层腺体萎缩,炎细胞浸润,部分标本伴有肠上皮化生.红外线治疗组大鼠胃粘膜增厚,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01).炎细胞明显减少(P<0.05),细胞形态、结构、体积均恢复或接近正常.结论:红外线是一种治疗大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效途径.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of infrared rays on experimental chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) in rats. Methods: We established CAG rats using enema w ith the mixed liquor which consisted of 2% sodium salicylate and 30% alcohol to stimulate rat's gastric mucosa, combined with irregular fasting and compulsive s porting as pathogenic factors. Followed by the treatment at 10th week. Infrared ray therapy was used infrared ray bulb (220 V, 200 W), radiated vertically to ra t's chest, once ten minutes a day for twenty days. The histopathological changes including degrees of inflammation in gastric mucosa, the morphology and structu re of parietal cells, the depth of mucosa were measured with micrometer under op tical microscope. Result: In untreated group, the rat's weight was significantly lighter (P<0.01), the gastric mucosa was thinner (P<0.01), most tummies were am plified, the pathologic morphological changes of gastric mucosa were as followi ng: atrophy of glands, notable inflammatory infiltration, some with intestinal m itaplasia. After infrared ray treatment for 20 days, mucosa length increased, wh ich is significantly higher than that in untreated group (P<0.01). The gastric m ucosa inflammation cells were improved (P<0.05), the morphologic, structure and volume of the cells were all comeback or closed to normal. Conclusion: Infrared ray has good adjuvant therapeutic effect on rat's CAG.
