| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿螺A微乳膏治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法 256例患者随机分为:治疗组138例,外用阿螺A微乳膏;对照组118例,外用异维A酸凝胶,疗程8周。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90%、69%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿螺A微乳膏治疗痤疮疗效显著、安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of AST(azitromycin-spirolactone-tretinoin) microemulsion cream on acne.Methods A total of 256 patients with acne were divided into trial group(n=138) and control group(n=118) at random.The trial group was treated with self-made AST microemulsion cream once every day,and the control group was treated with isotretinoin gel(once every day).The patients were reexamined after 8 weeks' treatment.Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(90% vs.69%)(P<0.01).Conclusion AST microemulsion cream is superior to isotretinoin gel on the clinical efficiency in the treatment of acne. |
