小儿传染性单核细胞增多症实验室检查及意义

目的探讨小儿传染性单核细胞增多症实验室检查对临床治疗的指导意义。方法对72例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿进行生化和免疫学检测,并进行统计学分析。结果60例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿生化指标异常,患儿组IgG水平高于对照组。结论小儿传染性单核细胞增多症容易发生免疫功能紊乱,出现心肌﹑肝功能损害,早期联合治疗应受到重视。

The significance of lab check-up of wean infectious mononucleosis

Objective To disclose the significance of lab check-up of wean infectious mononucleosis to clinic treatment. Methods Biochemical and immunologic detection was done in seventy two cases of infectious mononucleosis, the data was analysed by statistic software. Results Abnormity of biochemical index was found in sixty cases of wean infectious mononucleosis, the level of IgG in patient's group was higher than that of control group. Conclusions Immunologic abnormity occur usually in the weans of infectious mononucleosis whose cardiac muscle and liver function have been damaged, so ealy united treatment should be emphasized in the weans of infectious mononucleosis.
