| 摘 要： | 用病例对照方法,对本院1973～1992年期间眼部64例皮脂腺癌进行病因学研究随机选用60例非皮脂腺癌、非恶性肿瘤病人为对照,并按年龄、性别、诊断时间和居住地区与病例组相配对。检验了病例对照两组之间的可比性;用非条件Logistic回归模型作多变量分析。结果表明,麦粒肿病史(OR=11.49)、霰粒肿病史(OR=258.79)、经常做饭(OR=5.29)、家中无专用厨房(OR=16.73)和刺激性气体接触史(OR=29.32)统计学上有显著意义。

| Abstract: | 64 cases of the sebaceous gland carcinoma at ocular portio were studied in a case-control study at our EENT hospital during the period 1978-1992. 60 cases of non-sebaceous gland carcinoma and non-malignant tumors were randomly selected as the control. group according to age, sex, time of diagnosis, and place of residence. The comparability between case and control groups were checked and the non-conditional logistic regression model was used for multi-variate analysis in order to adjust for potential confounding factors.The results indicated that the histories of Sty (OR=11.49) and chalazion (OE = 258.79), cooking frequently (OR=5.29), no separate kitchen at home (OR = 16.73), and history of irrilative gas contact (OR = 29.32) were highly and statistically significant. |
