归芍清血合剂质量标准研究

摘    要:目的制订归芍清血合剂质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中赤芍、当归、金银花、黄芩进行定性研究,采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),测定方赤芍中芍药苷的含量。结果赤芍、当归、金银花、黄芩可用薄层色谱鉴别,芍药苷在0.04~0.48μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为97.13%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论所建立的质量标准方法简便、快捷,重现性好,可用于归芍清血合剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for quality control of Guishao qingxue-Mixture. Methods Paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Guishaoqingxue-Mixture were identified by TLC, Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. The condition of HPLC was Eclipse XDB-C18 column, acetonitrile-water(20: 80) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 230nm. Results Paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and baicalin can be identified by TLC ; The calibration cure was linear in the range of 0.04 -0. 48 μg( r = 0. 9994 ) for paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 97. 13% , RSD was 1. 18% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Guishaoqingxue-Mixture.
