推拿治疗小儿腹泻

目的:观察推拿治疗小儿腹泻的治疗效果。方法:将腹泻辨证分型为脾虚型、伤食型两型。在基本手法摩腹、揉中脘、揉鱼尾、推上七节骨、按揉足三里及捏脊的基础上,脾虚型加用补脾土、补大肠、揉外劳宫、推三关。伤食型加用清大肠、运内八卦、揉天枢、揉板门。结果:50例腹泻患儿,经治疗后均获治愈,总有效率达100%。结论:推拿治疗小儿腹泻。具有疗效显著,方便易行,且小儿又可免去针药之苦,是比较理想的一种治疗方法。
