急性白血病染色体变化的初步观察

<正> 从1958年Ford在白血病患者身上发现染色体异常及1960年Nowell在慢性粒细胞性白血病发现了ph~1染色体以来,相继有许多学者见到急性白血病患者的染色体有另一些变化。 本工作的目的在于应用细胞遗传学方法研究急性白血病患者在发病的不同时期染色体变化规律及染色体变化与急性白血病病情之间的关系。

PRIMARY OBSERVATION ON CHROMOSOME CHANGES IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA

We have observed chromosomes in 25 cases of acute leukemia. We used direct chromosome preparation of bone marrow cells. The chromosomes of more than 50 percent of patients appeared with numerical and structual abnormalities. Numerical abnormalities included aneuploid,both hypodiploid and hyperdiploid karyotype. But diploid karyotype was stemline of all patients. The significance of chromosome changes in the aetiology of acute leukemia is still not clear.There is no specific regularity of chromosome changes in acute leukemia and it is independent on patient's conditions. Karyotype analysis alone is of little value either to diagnosis or to prognosis concerning survival in acute leukemia. Chromosomal abnormalities may be concerned with the application of a ttcarcinogen, etc.
