吸毒成瘾者免疫功能变化的研究

目的：测定吸毒者体液免疫和细胞免疫的各项指标，从而研究其免疫功能的改变。方法：取25例吸毒者及28例健康成人外周血，用ELISA法和免疫比浊法测其血清中抗体和补体；免疫荧光法和酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)测其T细胞亚群和Th细胞亚群。结果：吸毒者IgG增高，C3下降，IgA、IgM和IgE与正常人无显著差异。吸毒者CD3、CD4^ 、CD4^ ／CD8^ 、Th1^ 和Th1／Th2低于正常人，而CD8^ 、CD20^ 和Th2与正常人相差不大。淋巴细胞转化试验吸毒者显著低于正常对照组。结论：吸毒者细胞免疫功能降低，而体液免疫变化不大。

Alterations of immune functions in heroin addicts

Objective: To study the alterations of immune functions in drug addicts through measurement of humoral and cellular immunity. Methods: IgG, IgM, IgA and C3 were determined by turbidimetric immunoassay, IgE were determined by ELISA in sera of 25 patients and 28 controls. T cell subsets were determined by immunofluorescence and T-helper cell subsets were determined by ELISPOT. Lymphocyte proliferation assay was also used to assess cellular immunity. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups of IgA, IgM and IgE, except a higher level of IgG and a lower level of C3 in drug addicts. The percentages of CD3, CD4, Th1 and the ratio of CD4/ CD8 and Th1/Th2 in drug addicts were lower than those of controls, while the percentages of CD8, CD20 and Th2 were nearly the same between the two groups; and drugs inhibited lymphocyte proliferation.Conclusion: Drug abuse can impair the celluar immunity, but has little effects on the humoral immunity.
