| Abstract: | Objective To establish a real - time fluorescence quantitaltive RT - PCR. Methods Total RNA was extracted with Trizol from the esophageal carcinoma tissues and mRNA was transcribed reversely into eDNA. The real - time quantitative RT - PCR was used to detect the expression of Survivin mR NA, Results The expression of Survivin mRNA in the esophageal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the notrnal esophageal, tissue, Conclusion Real - time fluorescence quantitative RT - PCR used to detect the expression of Survivin mRNA may be. a reliable means for early diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma. |
