| 摘 要： | 本文用正交实验设计的方法,对钙盐法生产胆红素的工艺进行了研究。优选出防止胆红素氧化破坏的最佳条件,缩短了工艺流程,使胆红素收率(以胆汁计)比原工艺(0.030%)增加约0.015%.可达0.045%。

| Abstract: | The production of bilirubin from porcine bile by calcium salt formation methodwas investigated by using orthogonal design. The bilirubin yield, increased by0.015% compared with that using the traditional technology,was about 0.045% ofthe material bile in weight. The time of production was greatly reduced. It wasshown that the biliverdin produced by oxidition of bilirubin could be changed backinto bilirubin again when an excess of antioxidant was added. |
