| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用高频超声替代X线检查引导长骨骨折手法复位的临床应用.方法 对46例长骨骨折患者行高频B超检查,了解骨折断端同时观察骨折复位时的对位对线情况,然后进行石膏固定,并观察其疗效.结果 本组复位优良率为93.48%;差为6.52%.结论 高频超声引导定位下对治疗长骨骨骨折具有很好的临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application of B-type ultrasonograplyleading in long bone fracture reduction in place of x-rays.Methods 46 patientssuffered long bone fractures were observed and reductioned by B-type ultrasonl-graphy and then fixation by plaster casts.Results the out come showed excellentreduction rate was93.48%,6.52% poor.Conclusion B-type ultrasonic leading wasfound high clinical value by using in the reduction of long bone fractures. |
