超声诊断在外科泌尿生殖系统急症中的应用分析

目的:总结外科泌尿生殖系统急症的超声图像特征,探讨超声对外科泌尿生殖系统急症的诊断价值。方法:对379例男女泌尿系统急症及19例男性生殖系统急症进行黑白及(或)彩色多普勒超声检查,并将其超声检查资料与最终的临床结果相对照。结果:超声诊断泌尿系统结石220例,诊断符合率95.7%(220/230);诊断肾脏挫裂伤14例,诊断符合率87.5%(14/16);膀胱炎101例,诊断符合率85.6%(101/118);急性尿潴留11例,诊断符合率100%(11/11);膀胱异物及膀胱破裂各2例,诊断符合率100%(4/4);睾丸附睾炎10例,诊断符合率100%(10/10);睾丸扭转8例,诊断符合率88.9%(8/9)。结论:超声对外科泌尿生殖系统急症具有重要的诊断价值;一般情况下,二维超声即可满足检查的需要;但对于睾丸附睾的急症则应使用彩色多普勒超声仪器进行检查。

The ultrasonic diagnosis of surgical emergencies of the urinary and reproductive system

Objective: To summerize the ultrasonographic features of the surgical emergencies in urinary and reproductive system and hither to explore the value of ultrasound in these areas.Methods: Two-demensional and(or) color-Doppler ultrasonography were exploited in the surgical emergencies in 398 cases.All the ultrasonic data were later compared with their ultimate clinic diagnoses.Results: Those diagnosed ultrasonographically were 220 cases of urinary stone with an acurate diagnosis rate of 95.7%(220/230);14 cases of renal trauma with an acurate diagnosis rate of 87.5%(14/16);101 cases of bladder inflammation with an acurate of 85.6%(101/118);11 cases of acute retention with an acurate diagnosis of 100%(11/11);2 cases of bladder foreign body and another 2 cases of bladder rupture with an acurate diagnosis rate of 100%(4/4);10 cases of testical and epidydimal inflammation with an acurate diagnosis rate of 100%(10/10);8 cases of testical torsion with an acurate diagnosis rate of 88.9%(8/9).Conclusion: Ultrasound has great diagnostic value for surgical emergencies of the urinary and reproductive system;Two-dimensional ultrasound can normally meet the diagnostic demand in these respects;and color Doppler ultrasound must be applied to testical and epidydimal emergencies.
