| 摘 要： | 本文应用双平面食管超声多普勒对４７例二尖瓣狭窄（二窄）患者和４０例正常人肺静脉前向性血流进行了对照研究。结果表明，二窄组肺静脉收缩期和舒张期血流峰速、流速积分以及收缩期分数均较对照组显著降低，而且以收缩期血流降低更为明显。二窄组瓣口面积与收缩期肺静脉的回流呈正相关。二窄合并房颤时，肺静脉在缩、舒期的回流均更趋减慢。

| Abstract: | We investigated the forward flow of pulmonary vein in patients with mitral stenoses(MS,n =47)and in normal subjects(n=40) by biplane transesophageal Doppler echocardiography(TEE).The results showed that the systolic peak fiow velocity(Sp),systolic flow velocity integral (Si),systolic fraction (SF) and the diastolic peak fiow velocity(Dp)and its integral(Di)meas ured by T EE decreased s ignificantly in patients with M S com pared with l1ormal subjects.The mitral valve area in patients with M S was significantly related to Sp,Si,SF and not significantly to Dp,Di.Also among those with atrial fibrilation,alI of the parameters mentioned above decreased tnore significantly compared with either those without atrial fibrilation in MS patients or in nor-mal subjects. |
