择期剖宫产术前催产素刺激的临床价值探讨

目的:探讨择期剖宫产术前给予催产素刺激的临床价值。方法:选择需行择期剖宫产术而无催产素引产禁忌证者226例,其中术前给予催产素刺激的96例为研究组,未行催产素刺激的130例为对照组。比较两组术中出血量,产后出血量,手术时间,子宫切口裂伤发生情况及新生儿预后的差异。结果:研究组术中出血量,产后出血量均明显少于对照组,手术时间明显缩短,子宫切口裂伤发生率明显降低,新生儿重度窒息发生率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:对无催产素引产禁忌证的择期剖宫产,术前适当给予催产素刺激可以减少出血、损伤等并发症发生,改善母婴预后,使择期剖宫产术更为安全。

Clinical effect of oxytocin stimulation before elective cearean section

Objective To evaluate the effect of oxytocin stimulation before elective cearean section.Method 226 cases underwent elective cearean section were divided into two groups randomly,the study group(n=96) was given oxytocin stimulation before operation,and the others as the control group(n=130) was given no treatment before operation.All cases had no contraindication of induced labor by oxytocin.The hemorrhage quantity of intraoperation and postpartum,operation time,laceration of uterine incision and rate of gravis asphyxia neonatorum were compared between the two groups.Results The hemorrhage quantity of intraoperation and postpartum,operation time,laceration of uterine incision and rate of gravis asphyxia neonatorum in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oxytocin stimulation before elective cearean section can reducee the complications as hemorrhage,damage and gravis asphyxia neonatorum,and improve the prognosis of both mother and fetus,also increase the safety of elective cearean section.
