低温等离子手术治疗儿童鼾症20例

目的 观察采用低温等离子刀治疗儿童鼾症的疗效.方法 通过临床症状、常规术前检查、电子鼻咽喉镜检查和多导睡眠呼吸监测(PSG)检查明确诊断,20例儿童在经口腔插管全麻下,采用美国ArthroCare等离子体手术系统行扁桃体摘除术及70°鼻内镜辅助下行腺样体消融术.结果 20例患儿临床症状完全消失,无1例出现手术并发症.结论 采用低温等离子刀行扁桃体摘除术出血少、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻,恢复快.在70°鼻内镜辅助下采用低温等离子刀行腺样体消融术,手术视野清楚,手术达到完全轮廓化,避免盲目刮除腺体而遗留残体,边消融边止血.因此,术中出血少、损伤小、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻.低温等离子刀是治疗儿童鼾症的有效方法.

The treatment of 20 cases of snoring treated childhood patients with hypothermia plasma ablation
