| 摘 要： | 目的: 比较定量与定性检测乙型肝炎五项指标,观察定量检测的临床应用价值。方法: 应用免疫放射分析定性和定量检测患者的血清乙肝五项指标。结果: 定性与定量检测HBeAb结果差异有显著性(P<0.01),其余四项间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论: 定量检测对临床诊治更有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the clinical value of quantitative detection of the five serological markers of hepatitis B by comparing it with qualitative detection.Methods:The five serological markers were qualitatively and quantitatively measured by immunoradiometric assay.Results:There were significant differences between the results of HBeAb with the two methods(P< 0.01).There were no significant differences in other results(P> 0.05).Conclusions:It is more accurate to measure the five serological markers of HBV with quantitative detection. |
