系统性红斑狼疮患者血清IL-6、TEST、E2水平检测

目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清中自细胞介素6（IL-6）、雌二醇（E2）和睾酮（TEST）水平及其临床意义。方法：应用ELISA法检测52例SLE患者血清IL-6水平，磁酶免法测定E2及TEST水平。结果：SLE患者血清IL-6、E2水平均显著高于正常人（P〈0．01），且他们之间成正相关，并与血沉（ESR）和C反应蛋白（CRP）成正相关。TEST水平与对照组相比明显下降。结论：IL-6、E2可能参与SLE的发病及病理、免疫功能变化过程，IL-6、E2水平检测有助于SLE患者病情活动的判断及药物疗效的观察。

Detection of serum interleukin-6, testosterone and estradiol levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective:To detect the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),testosterone(TEST) and estradiol(E_2) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and explore its clinical significance.Methods: The level of serum IL-6 was measured by ELISA method in 52 patients with SLE.The levels of serum E_2 and TEST were detected by magnetic enzyme immunoassay.Results: The levels of IL-6 and E_2 in patients with SLE were markedly higher than those in normal group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between IL-6,E_2,ESR and CRP.The level of TEST was lower than that in normal group.Conclusion: IL-6 and E_2 may be involved in the development of SLE and related to the activity of SLE.Detection of serum IL-6 and E_2 levels may be useful for observing the status of the disease and the therapeutic efficacy.
