757例动态心电图分析

目的 对757例患者动态心电图检查结果进行分析总结。方法 采用北京美高仪软件技术有限公司生产的Winidows2000平台的动态心电分析系统12．TOP版，连续检测人体28h心电变化，并结合24h患者生活及病情日志进行综合分析判断，最后进行诊断并打印诊断结果。结果 高血压、冠心病组心律失常检出率均较高；ST段改变主要见于冠心病、心肌炎；心率变异性（HRV）降低主要见于冠心、高血压、糖尿病组。结论 动态心电图对心律失常、心肌缺血具有很高的诊断价值，HRV降低与心肌缺血，高血压，糖尿病有很高的相关性。

Analysis of DCGs of 757 Patients

Objective To analyze and summarise the checkup results of the DCGS of 757 patients.Methods With the DCG analytic system 12TOP edition of Windows 2000 platform produced by Meigaoyi Software Technique Limited Company in Beijing,variations of cardiograms of the patients have been continuously monitored for 24h,and syntheticaly analyzed and judged integrating with lives of the patients and daily records of the patient's conditions for 24h.Last,the diagnoses have been made and the diagnostic results stamped.Results The detection rates of arrhythmia in the hypertension and the coronary heart disease groups are higher.Transformations of ST sections are mainly seen in the coronary heart disease groups,and HRV reductions are mainly seen in the coronary heart disease,the hypertension and the diabetes groups.Conclusion The DCG has great value in diagnoses of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia.HRV reductions greatly interrelate with myocardial ischemia,hypertension and diabetes.
