心脏性猝死病因分析（附尸体解剖病理诊断）

目的：探讨心脏性猝死的病因及危险因素，提高预防及救治水平。方法：对11例性猝死患者进行尸体解剖及病理研究分析。结果：11例心脏性猝死，男10例，女1例；56岁1例，18－30岁7例，31－38岁3例；冠心病1例，其它心血管疾病10例。结论：心脏性猝死中男性居多，非冠心病猝青年所占比例较多，揭示应警惕青年心脏性猝死的发生。

Analysis of etiopathology of the cardiogenic sudden death

Objective To study the causes and risk factors of the cardiogenic sudden death,and to improve its level of prevention and emergency treatment.Methods The autopsical pathologic and climical matericals of 11 cases of cardiogenic sudden death were analyzed.Results Of all 11 patients,10 men and 1 wowen,with a mean age of 56 years (ranging from 18 to 56)including 7 cases between 18 and 30 years,3 cases between 31 and 38 years ,1 case over 40 years.Of all 11 cases,1 was caronary heart disease and 10 were other heart disease.Conclusion Of the cases of cardiogenic sudden death,male is more than female,and in the cases of non-cardiogenic heart disease,young patients are in the major.It is suggested that draw attention to the cardiogenic sudden death watched out especially in young patients.
