气传致敏真菌与支气管哮喘相关性研究

目的 研究气传致敏真菌与过敏性哮喘的关系.方法 采用空气中暴片调查法和暴皿调查法,了解本地区气传真菌的品种和数量.应用5组多价真菌变应原对346例支气管哮喘患者进行了皮内试验.应用放射变应原吸附试验方法 对真菌皮试阳性哮喘患者89例和50例健康者进行血清特异性IgE测定.结果 346例支气管哮喘患者真菌变应原皮内试验阳性89例(25.75%).89例真菌变应原皮内试验阳性患者中特异性IgE阳性78例,真菌变应原皮内试验与sIgE两种检测方法 一致率87.64%(78/89),两种检测方法 经一致性卡方检验,χ2=9.09 ,P＜0.01.对照组50例中仅2例阳性反应(4.0%),余均为阴性.两组结果 经卡方检验,χ2= 89.98,P＜0.001.结论 气传致敏真菌是过敏性哮喘的重要致敏原,采用体内外检测方法 联合测定真菌过敏原具有良好的相关性.

Study on relation of fungi allergenicity to intracutaneous test and bronchial astma
