慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染与中医舌象证型关系探讨

控制幽门螺杆菌是治疗慢性胃炎的重要环节，本文从中医舌象，证型两个方面探讨了慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染的表现，舌淡白、淡紫、苔厚赋浊滑及脾气虚证，湿热证与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系密切，提示正气虚、湿浊痰饮内停、湿热内是幽门螺杆菌染和生存的条件，为用健脾益气，燥湿化痰、清热利湿治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染提供了依据。

Relationship Between Pyloric Spirillum Infection & TCM Tongue Picture & Syndrome in Chronic Gastritis

To control pyloric spirillum is one of the important links for treating chronic gastritis.The manifestinos of pyloric spirillum infection of chronic gastritis in TCM tongue picture and syndome are studied.It is showed that the pale tongue,slight purple tongue,thick turbid and sticky coating of tongue are closely related to spleen-Qi deficiency,damp heat and the infection of pyloric spitillum.It indicates that the deficiency of vital-Qi,retension of dampness and phlagm,and retension of damp heat is the basis of spirillum infection and existence.It furnishes the evidence of the methods of promoting spleen to reinforce Qi,drying dampness with romoving phlegm,and clearing away heat with eliminating dampness for the treatment of chronic gastritis with spirillum infection.
