止嗽散加减配合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

目的:观察止嗽散加减配合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法:将120例CVA患儿随机分为两组:治疗组采用普米克、酮替酚以及口服中药治疗,对照组不用中药治疗。结果:治疗总有效率93%,对照组总有效率73%,两组比较P0.01;中医证候疗效比较:治疗组总有效率97%,对照组效率47%,两组比较P0.01。随访9个月,治疗组复发率为5%,对照组复发率为20%,两组比较P0.05。结论:止嗽散加减配合西药治疗儿童CVA疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床应用。

Clinical observation on treating CVA in children by Zhike San plus modern medicine

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhike San plus modern medicine on treating CVA in children.Methods:120 cases of CVA in children were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group were treated with pulmicort,ketotifen and oral medicine treatment,control group without the TCM treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93% and the control group was 73%,the results of the comparison was P<0.01;TCM syndrome efficacy comparison:The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 47% in control group,the result of comparison was P<0.01.Follow-up 9 months,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5%,and 20% in the control group,the results of the comparison was P<0.05.Conclusion:The efficacy of Zhike San plus modern medicine on treating CVA in children was curative,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
