绵阳某灾后重建放射场所职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价

目的对某医院灾后重建放射场所进行控制效果评价,确定该项目的放射防护设施和措施在控制职业照射和防止潜在照射方面的有效性、适宜性,以保障灾区放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法依据国家相应法律法规及标准要求,在正常工作状态下对该场所进行监测,同时结合现场卫生学调查结果,对该建设项目的放射防护设施和防护措施进行综合评价。结果该建设项目放射场所设计、布局合理,各种防护配套设施及管理制度健全,各监测点辐射水平在0.10～0.36μGy/h之间,均低于国家标准限值。结论某医院灾后重建放射场所放射防护符合国家标准要求,可投入正常运行。

Evaluation on control effect of radiation protection on occupational hazards in a reconstruction radiation place after earthquake in Mianyang City

Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in reconstruction radiation place after earthquake in a hospital,determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the protective facilities and measures on occupational exposure and potential exposure,in order to protect the health and safety of the radiation workers and the public in disaster area.Methods]According to the relevant national laws,regulations and standards,the radiation place was monitored under the normal operation circumstances.Combined with the field hygienic survey results,the radiation protective facilities and measures of this construction project were evaluated synthetically.Results]The design and layout of the radiation place were reasonable,and all protective facilities and management systems were perfect.The radiation levels of monitoring points ranged from 0.10 μGy/h to 0.36 μGy/h,which were lower than the national standard limits.Conclusion]The radiation protection of reconstruction radiation place after earthquake in a hospital accords with the national standards,and can be put into normal operation.
