| 摘 要： | 目的评价气管镜内超声引导针吸活检术在修正非小细胞肺癌术后1年纵隔淋巴结肿大患者TNM分期的诊断价值。方法对36例非小细胞肺癌术后1年CT检查纵隔淋巴结肿大的患者行支气管内超声引导针吸活检术。结果 36例患者共穿刺46组淋巴结,其中淋巴结穿刺结果阳性者为31组,淋巴结穿刺阴性者为15组。22例患者确诊为术后纵隔淋巴结活检阳性。阳性率分别为61.11%(22/36)与67.39%(31/46)。一致性检验有统计学意义。结论气管镜内超声引导针吸活检术对非小细胞肺癌术后纵隔淋巴结肿大的患者有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of EBUS-TBNA on medlastmal lymph noOes ot postopera- tive non-small-cell lung cancer patients. Methods Thirty-six patients with non-small-cell lung cancer after surgery were enrolled. All patients with mediastinal lymphoadenopathy found by CT scan were received with EBUS-TBNA. Results In the 36 lung cancer cases,46 samples were obtained from lymph nodes. 31 samples were positive,15 sam- ples were negative.22 cases of patients were diagnosed.Sensitivety were 67.39%（31/46）.Consistency test had statistical significance （Kappa = 0.329,P〈 0.05）.Conclusion of mediastinal lymphoadenopathy in non-small-cell EBUS-TBNA are proved to be with a high yield for the diagnosis lung cancer patients. |
