从气机的升降出入理论探论失眠症

通过气机升降理论阐述寤寐的生理和病理机制,提出升降出入异常是失眠症病理变化的基础。气机变化失衡导致了失眠症的病症特点存在着一定的差别,因此,临证时应当加强对气机升降出入调节的重视,这样才能协调诸脏腑,复归"昼精夜瞑"的平衡生理状态。
