肱骨髁上骨折合并肱动脉损伤(附9例报告)

目的：探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折合并肱动脉损伤的受伤机制、诊断及手术治疗。方法：总结本院１９８９年７月～１９９８年１０月共收治９例肱骨髁上骨折合并不同类型的肱动脉损伤采取手术治疗方法。结果：９例术后４～６周内骨折愈合，８例前臂血运得以良好的恢复，仅１例因伤后时间长术后仍发生晚期前臂缺血性挛缩。结论：儿童肱骨髁上骨折可造成肱动脉损伤，动脉损伤程度不一，如诊断治疗不及时会引起严重的前臂缺血并发症。应对可疑病人的前臂血循环进行仔细、连续动态观察，一旦确诊手术宜早期进行。

Humeral Supracondylar Fractures Combined with Arterial Injury in Children

Objective:To study the mechanism of injury,diagnosis and surgical treatment for the humeral supracondylar fractures combined with arterial injury in children.Methods:9 cases were reported.The different surgical treatments were suitable to the different types of arterial injury.Results:of 9 followedup cases,the fracture of bone healed in 46 weeks,the blood supply had been recovered in 8 cases and the Volkmanns ischaemic contracture in forearm occurred in 1 case.Conclusion:The supracondylar fractures may cause the humeral artery injury.The continuous observing for the blood supply must be taken in suspected cases,the operation should be done as soon as the diagnosis established.
