| 摘 要： | 观察黄芪对在体小鼠胃排空和肠推进的作用．并初步探讨其作用机制。结果发现黄芪可抑制正常小鼠的胃排空，对阿托品所致的胃排空减缓具有一定的拮抗作用。黄芪可明显促进正常小鼠的肠推进作用，对阿托品和异丙肾上腺素所致的小肠推进抑制具有拮抗作用。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of Huangqi on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion from normal mice in vivo, and explored the possible mechanism concerned. Results: Huangqi inhibited the gastric emptying in normal mice and significantly antagonized the delayed gastric emptying induced by atropine. Huangqi markedly facilitated small intestinal propulsion in normal mice, and promoted intestinal propulsion when intestinal motility was delayed by atropine and isoproterenol. |
