| 摘 要： | 探讨公共管理理论在我国医疗卫生事业改革中的应用.公共管理理论已然成为一种有效处理公共事务的工具.在公共管理视野下,改革与发展我国医疗卫生事业,应着重整体构建"价值取向明确、有差别的政府、市场、社会合作模式"的宏观体制,并选择适当的突破路径.
