白癜丸治疗白癜风临床疗效及其对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

观察白癜丸治疗白癜风的效果及其对免疫功能的影响。设中药组 (服白癜丸 ) 185例 ,中药 (白癜丸 )加外用药组 173例 ,对照组 32例 ,单纯用外用药治疗 ,3个月为 1个疗程 ,治疗 3个疗程 ,结果 :中药组、中药加外用药组及对照组的总有效率分别为 88 6 %、96 5 %、4 3 8% ,前两组与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。动物实验观察白癜丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示 :白癜丸对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官胸腺有明显的增重作用 ,可显著提高地塞米松致免疫低下小鼠溶血素含量。提示白癜丸是以通过免疫力、调节免疫功能紊乱而达到临床治疗的目的。

Clinical and Experimental Effects of "Bai Dian Pill" on Leukodermia and Immune Function in Mice

To observe the clinical effects and immune influence of "Bai Dian Pill" on leukodermia,three groups were established:group A in which 185 cases were treated by "Bai Dian Pill",group B in which "Bai Dian Pill" and external paste were used,and group C in which external paste was used,with a course of 3 months.Results:The total effective rates were 88 6%,96 5% and 43 8% respectively,with significant differences between the two former groups and latter group;in the experiment,"Bai Dian Pill" could obviously control the weight increase of thymus gland in immunodepressed mice,and increase the amount of hemolysin.It is revealed that "Bai Dian Pill" can boost immunity to correct immune disturbance.
