Castleman病5例临床病理学特征并文献复习

目的：探讨Caseleman病的临床病理学特征。方法：运用组织学及免疫组化法,观察5例Caseleman病的特点,并结合文献讨论。结果：透明血管型表现为淋巴滤泡弥漫增生,滤泡周围呈同心圆排列的淋巴细胞形成“葱皮样”外观,有的可见毛细血管穿入滤泡,形成“棒棒糖”状结构;浆细胞型特点为滤泡间浆细胞弥漫增生,滤泡中心可见无定型的嗜酸性物质沉积。结论：Castleman病是一种形态学独特的淋巴结增生性疾病,需与反应性滤泡性增生、淋巴瘤等相鉴别,并注意是否发生淋巴瘤等恶性转化。

Clinical and Pathologic Characteristics in 5 Cases of Castleman's Disease and Review Literature

Objective：To investigate the clinical and pathologic characteristics of Castleman＇s disease. Methods： Histological appearances and immunohistochemisty were applied to observe and analyze pathologic features with the review of literature. Results ：Hyaline-vascular type showed that folliculus lymphaticus hyperplasyed throughout the lymphoid tissue. There was a tight concentric laying of Lymphocytes at the periphery of follicles ,resulting in an onionskin appearances. Currently blood capillary crossed-into lymph follical which looked like lollipop shape. Plasma cell type manifested that the diffuse plasma cells proliferation appeared among the interfollicular tissue. There was a deposition of an amorphous acidophilic material in the center of folliculi. Conclusions ：Castleman＇s disease is a special giant of lymph node hyperplasia. Differential disgnosis of it includes reactive follicular hyperplasia and lymphoma ,and special attention should be paid for cases with probable malignant transformation.
