| 摘 要： | 目的对青海省海南州同德县河北乡赛羊村一起疑似人间鼠疫材料进行鼠疫耶尔森氏菌F1抗原检测。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术。结果在这起疑似人间鼠疫尸体的淋巴结、肝及脾等脏器中均检测到鼠疫耶尔森氏菌F1抗原。结论本法可用于疑似鼠疫材料的诊断，为疫情的准确判定提供可靠的科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To test the suspicious Yersinia F1 antige of a human plague case occured in Saiyang village,Hebei township, Tongde County,Hainan state,Qinghai,Methods The PCR technique.Results The result shows, using the technique to test lymphoglandula, liver and spleen from the body suspected to be a human plague case, the positive result is obtained.Conclusions It is suggested that the technique can be applied to diagnose the case of suspicious plague, and to provide a reliable scientific basis for accurately determining a case. |
