摘    要:目的探讨不同煎煮时间对附子中总生物碱的影响,并建立其HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用酸碱滴定法测定附子总生物碱,并以HPLC进行各煎煮样品指纹图谱分析。结果不同煎煮时间附子中总生物碱含量与生附子相比相差不大,指纹图谱中显示煎煮品中不含毒性成分乌头碱。结论煎煮可有效减小附子毒性,且总生物碱含量基本不变,为临床大剂量使用附子提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of different decocting time on total Fuzi alkaloid and to establish HPLC fingerprint.Methods Total Fuzi alkaloid was tested by acid base titration.And FP was analyzed by HPLC.Results There was no big difference on alkaloid content between different decocting time.FP shows that there no toxic ingredient,aconitine in decocted product.Conclusion Decocting reduces toxicity of Fuzi and doesn't change alkaloid content,providing large dosage of Fuzi in clinical application
