江西巴蜗牛活性成分提取方法的比较研究

摘    要:目的比较江西巴蜗牛生物活性成分不同提取方法间的差异,以求找到一种简单、可行和有效的提取方法。方法分别利用碱提法、酶提法及碱加酶法提取,并用Sevage法脱蛋白,苯酚—硫酸法比色测定天螺多糖总糖含量。结果三种方法均得到白色颗粒状结晶物质,其中碱加酶提法的得率(0.32%)和总糖含量(80.8%)最高。结论碱加酶法是一种可行、方便和有效的提取方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences between different extraction methods of active components from Bradybaena of Jiangxinensis, in order to find a simple and efficient method. Methods Three methods of base-extraction, enzyme -extraction and base-enzyme extraction were applied to extract Tianluo Polysaccharide, and then remove protein by method of Sevage, finally the spectrophotometric method of phenol-sulfuric acid was used to detected total sugar content. Results Extractions from Bradybaena of Jiangxinensis by three methods were all White granulo-crystal matters. Tianluo Polysaccharide extracted by base-enzyme extraction has the highest yield and total sugar content (0.32% ,80.8%). Conclusion Base-enzyme extraction was a simple, rapid and well reproducible method.
