张长恩教授认为《伤寒论》中的辨证论治方法,是一种科学的、精密的调控技艺,结合其五十多年的治学与临床经验,总结出＂仲景辨证论治十步曲＂。即症脉表象、四诊检测、划分病域、六经分证、八纲辨证、辨认方证、确立治则、拟定治法、选方遣药、观察护理等10个方面,对于临床有很高实用价值。本文主要阐述其临床应用及关系。

Professor ZHANG Chang-en holds that the method of syndrome differentiation in Treatise on Cold-induced Diseases is a scientific and precise skill.Combining with his own clinical experience accumulated in more than fifty year,he summarizes Zhong-jing's ten programs of syndrome differentiation,including presentation of the symptom and pulse,synthesis of the four diagnostic methods,division of the disease field,differentiation of six-meridian or zang-fu syndrome,the eight principles syndrome differentiation,distinction of formula and syndrome,formation of therapeutic principle,draft of therapeutic method,selection of formulas and drugs,observation and nursing.The ten programs are very useful for clinical practice,their clinic application and relationship are discussed in this article.
