| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)患者外周血中血小板的变化和临床意义。方法通过Sys-mexXT-2000i测定甲亢患者和健康体检者的血小板各项参数,包括血小板总数(PLT),大血小板比率(P-LCR),血小板平均体积(MPV),血小板分布宽度(PDW)及血小板压积(PCT)。结果甲亢患者的P-LCK和PDW与健康体检者相比有显著性变化(P0.01)。结论对于甲亢患者其P-LCK增大,可能会引起血管阻塞。因此,检测甲亢患者的血小板参数可以作为评价其诱发血栓的危险性参数。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the platelet parameter changes of hyperthyroidism patients.Methods The levels of PLT,P-LCR,PDW,MPV,and PCT were measured by Sysmex XT-2000i automatic haematic analyser in hyperthyroidism patients and normal people.Results The P-LCR and PDW increased significantly（P〈0.01） in hyperthyroidism patients and the results were compared with normal people.Conclusion The P-LCR and PDW in hyperthyroidism patients increased significantly,which may lead to blood vessel embolism.It is meaningful to estimate the parameters of the platelet in hyperthyroidism patients. |
