乳腺癌中趋化因子受体CXCR4表达及临床病理意义

目的探讨趋化因子受体CXCR4在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义,为临床治疗乳腺癌寻求新的治疗靶点提供依据。方法采用免疫组化SP染色法检测乳腺癌、乳腺增生组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤中CXCR4表达差异,以及CXCR4在乳腺癌中表达与患者肿瘤分级、淋巴结转移状态、Her2等相互关系。结果CXCR4在乳腺癌组织中高表达,与乳腺增生组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤中表达差异有显著性,而且与患者淋巴结转移状态、Her2、PCNA密切相关。结论CXCR4在乳腺中癌高表达,与患者淋巴结转移状态、Her2、PCNA密切相关,可以作为乳腺癌患者预后的一个指标,为寻找新的乳腺癌治疗靶点提供重要的临床依据。

Expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 in breast cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor（CXCR4） and its clinical significance in breast cancer in order to provide basis for seeking new target for breast cancer therapy. Methods S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to test the different expression of chemokine receptor （CXCR4） in tissues of breast cancer, hyperplasia of mammary glands and fibroadenoma of breast. The relation of CXCR4 expression in breast cancer with tumor grade, expressional levels of Her2, PCNA and the state of lymphatic metastasis was analyzed. Results The expressional level of CXCR4 in breast cancer was high, and had intimate relation with the state of lymphatic metastasis and Her2, PCNA expressional levels. Conclusion CXCR4 expression in breast cancer may become a prognostic index and provide a new therapeutic target in clinic.
