| 摘 要： | 采用HPLC测定血清中盐酸曲马多的浓度，研究了12名健康志愿者单剂量和多剂量叉口服两种盐酸曲马多缓释片的相对生物利用度，经统计学分析，两制剂各药物动力学参数均无显著性差异，两者具有生物等效性。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was used for determination of tramadol hydrochloride in human serum. The relative bioavailability of two brands of tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets was studied in healthy volunteers. The results showed there was no statistically significant difference for pharmacokinetic parameters between the two bioequivalent preparations. |
