| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病(IBD)在我国发病率逐年上升,且多青壮年发病,其目前的药物治疗均存在不良反应,严重影响着患者的生活质量。IBD患者中营养不良情况普遍存在,营养治疗对IBD具有诱导缓解、维持缓解、改善营养状态、利于疾病恢复的作用。这些观念已基本得到肯定,但在我国IBD的营养治疗使用仍不广泛,现就营养治疗在IBD中的作用作简要综述。

| Abstract: | There is a continuing up trend of incidence and prevalence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in China.IBD often occurs in young adults.Several drugs could be used for the treatment of IBD,but they have side effects,which affect the quality of life.Malnutrition is universally seen in IBD patients,nowadays it is basically accepted that nutrition therapy is useful to IBD in inducing remission,maintaining remission,improving nutritional status and conducive to disease recovery,though it is still underutilized in China.Here is to make a review on the effect of nutrition therapy in IBD. |
