| 摘 要： | 本文报道简单是敏的反相高效液相(RP HPLC)法分析血浆中毗喹酮(PZQ)的浓度。PZQ在四氢呋喃(或乙腈)44％、蒸馏水56％中,在E_z 265nm、E_m 285nm时具有强烈荧光,并与代谢产物和血浆提取物中有荧光的物质能基线分离,检出限量4ng。用本法测定家犬口服吡喹酮片、缓绎片和静脉注射的药代动力学。
